Black Bean Breakfast Burrito with Sweet Cherry Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites
- ¼ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp fresh salsa
- ½ cup cherries
- 1 small whole wheat tortilla (whole wheat not shown in photo)
Instructions
- Chop up the cherries and put it into salsa.
- Scramble eggs/egg whites, beans, salsa/cherries and cheese.
- Fill tortilla with egg mixture and enjoy!
