Philippines is composed of islands and in those islands lived different kinds of people speaking a lot of native languages.
Though, Filipino or Tagalog is widely used as a centralized language. There are a lot of native ones exisiting such as Kapampangan, Chavacano, Bicolano, Bisaya and Ilokano.
But what is more impressive is that not only Filipinos can speak these languages.
A viral video of an American has been making rounds over the social media sites. His impressive skills in speaking the Ilokano language is even better than some of the Filipinos who doesn't know how to speak the Ilokano language.
He is an American Citizen that is based here in the Philippines. A man named Romulo Matagay Mallanao got the chance to witness the American speaking the Ilokano language in Pagudpud Beach in Ilocos Norte.
He asked for permission to film him as he was communicating with the native Ilokanos.
