Nothing can ever break the bond that siblings have. Each and every siblings know that they can sacrifice everything for the sake of their sister/brother. Just like the six year old boy who sacrificed his own life to save his sister who's been sexually abused by a 35 year old man.
The rape victim, Amber Andujar, holds back her tears as she sees the man who took the life of her brother away after defending her, being jailed for 110 years.
The 14 year old girl was brave enough to contain her tears as she gives a statement in the New Jersey courtroom where the 35 year old Osvaldo Rivera was given the sentence for a catalog of crimes which includes murder, attempted murder and aggravated sexual assault.
Osvaldo Rivera sliced the throat of the six year old boy who tried to stop him from attacking his sister.
According to the reports, the suspect was abusing Amber, who was only 12 years old back then while holding a knife when suddenly, the six year old boy intervened. She tried to run from him, but then the suspect also slashed her throat, but then she still managed to have a successful recovery after some treatments.
Debbie, Dominick and Amber's mother spoke on behalf of the family at the time of the hearing on Thursday. However, Amber was seen quite emotional while her mom was speaking about the incident.
During the hearing, Amber even wore a shirt with Dominick's picture at the back labelled as her little hero.
At the end of the hearing, Dominick's family sad that he'll forever be remembered as their soldier and their little hero for what he did.
